Under the sun, do not connect any load to the solar panel, and do not connect the controller. Pull out the wires of the solar panel directly, connect the multimeter to test its voltage. Because the system is a 12V system, the voltage of the solar panel will definitely be higher than 12V under normal circumstances. The domestic panels of this system generally use solar panels with an operating voltage of 18V, so its open circuit voltage will be above 18V.
5. Damage to LED light source
This is a common reason. Due to natural or man-made reasons, the LED light source is damaged, resulting in the LED street light system not working, sometimes on and sometimes off, flickering, etc. You can first check whether the LED lamp beads have black spots. If there are black spots, the LED light source needs to be replaced.
6. Damage to constant current source
The system restarts and the bulb works normally. It has been ruled out that the solar street light system cannot work, and the solar street light will not light up or flicker.
7. Controller setting error
The controller panel has no button, and an additional handheld terminal or a data cable is required to connect the computer to reset the software. Please ask the supplier for assistance. The solar street light system cannot work properly. The solar street light is sometimes on and sometimes not, the lighting time is not enough, it is on during the day but not at night, or it is always on. We need to reset the controller and replace the controller directly.
